stupid html...

Ok, so I figured out that my template design was not compatible or something and that's why I couldn't get backgrounds to go up. Now I have one but I will have 2 logos up top because I have no idea where the cutest blog on the block one is coming from, I have deleted all that stuff. Oh well! No biggie :) Thanks everyone!
