Where has the summer gone?

I can't believe it is already fair weekend! Where has the summer gone? I started to think about what we have done this summer and I couldn't think of much. Until I went and checked out my camera!! I guess we have been busy.

First, Cory had to go do his final testing to be a certified scuba diver!! I tried scuba diving in the pool and it was awful. Cory said, "You looked as happy as a cat would be with a wetsuit on thrown to the bottom of the pool". Needless to say, I thought it was a miserable experience.

Here are a few pics of
Cory....

Next, I went camping with my mom and dad one weekend. I have always hated camping but I needed to get of the house and do something so I opted to go with them to Jackson Hole. I actually had a really good time and it was so beautiful there!!! Check out Penny riding the four-wheeler, that is what she lives for!!!

Of course, every night we take Kramer for a bike ride in the desert. Lately it has been so hot we don't get to go far because he is such a fur ball and overheats. Lately, he has been on the hunt for gophers...check out his face and how dirty it is from digging...

And in my spare time I have been torturing Kramer (not literally) but I for some reason find it so funny to dress him up. He seems to tolerate it, which amazes Cory.

New York City I'm in luv with you!!!

I LOVE NEW YORK CITY!!!

NYC is simply amazing!! Cory and I had the time of our lives!! We had plenty of time to go see all the tourist attractions such as the Empire state building, the statue of liberty, go to a broadway show, catch a yankee game, ride the subway and of course fit in some shopping!! Let me tell you we did alot of walking!!!

Here we are on the subway :) It really was easy to get around in and alot cheaper then a taxi!

Of course the Yankee game was a blast!! And would you believe I ran into people from Rock Springs there, its a small world after all!!!

And last but not least, Central Park. It is absolutely the prettiest park I have ever seen! There is so much to do and it is so pretty. We took a row boat around the lake in the middle~but you can get bikes, run, relax, etc. It is amazing!!!

I love this lady!!!

I am not sure why I am continuing to do this as only one person officially has even been told about it, LOL but anyways~ I have to mention in the hopes of someone reading this boring crap a book I am reading called "Are you there, vodka? It's me Chelsea" I absolutely love it! Here is the first paragraph from the chapter entitled Big Red

After sleeping around for the better part of my twenties, it somehow occurred to me that I wasn't giving everyone a fair shot. There were men I'd encounter who I wouldn't think twice about having sex with based on their appearance alone. I knew that if I ever had a chance at becoming a respectable ambassador I would really have to be more of an egalitarian. I had slept with a handful of black boys in my late teens, and knew that I would have to open my borders further. It was time for a redhead

ha ha....ok some people might not find this type of stuff funny but I find it absolutely hilarious!! She also has another book called "My horizontal life" that it so funny you can't help but have laughing fits outloud!!

My Horizontal Life

Well until next time!!!
