Miles update finally...

I swear I have not spent my entire past few months doing this....



and while my cooking has been put on the backside mostly because I couldn't stand the sight of food, my working out has not. So here is my new update :)

Cory has pretty much gotten tired of logging miles so I have no clue where he is at but I would bet it is around 300 or more.....
