A few reasons why I don't like living in a new housing development...all the critters that lived there that now have no where to go. It is sad I admit but I wish they would find a new home because frankly it scares me to death when I come across them.
Rock Springs may not be the best place to live but it does have some of the greatest people :)

I recently came across a recipe for homemade roasted tomato soup, it looked wonderful and sounded great! So I ventured yesterday on my first pot of tomato soup...not from the can :) Here is a pic of it in the process....I wish I could say it turned out great...but I think it was a bust....hopefully I will come across a better recipe soon. However, roasted tomatoes are pretty good try them sometime!
I love fall! I love the coziness of fall & winter. I have a dozen new soup recipes that I want to try and I have been waiting until we are sitting around the fireplace, watching movies and eating some soup :)
I am pretty proud of my green chili...it took me several attempts at finding the perfect recipe and I found it. I made a huge bucket of it for my fiesta party I threw and I think it was a hit!!
Of course what's a fiesta party without tequila?
