Yeah 4 Vacation!!!

It seems like we just got back from NYC but I am so ready 4 a vacation! We are going to Virginia in less then 2 weeks to visit Cory's friends Leo and Jolene and I am so excited! I think we are going to do a little sight seeing and hopefully alot of relaxing! I loved NYC but we did anything but relax while we were there! While we are there Jolene and I are going to the spa one day while the guys go do guy things (like look at military ships or something)



Then one day I think it is off to Busch Gardens



Then who knows what else we will do! I am so excited to get out of the Rock :)

Ya right

In my quest to find strength or whatever (haha) I am trying to achieve I did another section of Xflowsion last night. Just to demonstrate what kind of moves they were doing I had to show you!



Ya, I'm thinking that I will never, ever be able to do this. Well maybe that can be a goal of mine :)

Xflowsion

Lately, I have been trying really hard to get more fit. Cory is in great shape and I want to be able to keep up on bike rides, etc. with him. A friend of mine and I go workout on our lunch everyday where I get 45 min of cardio, well thats not cutting it. So I found a new workout called Xflowsion. Xflowsion is a combination of yoga, dance and martial arts. I am going to start doing that after work too. Now, I tried my first session last night and lets just say I am not so familiar with yoga poses such as shown below and I definetly do not look like this when attempting them, LOL.



Maybe if I can get the downward dog down I will be successful at these, ha ha ha ha!!!

Nip Tuck

Cory and I are hooked on Nip Tuck. We started watching it from season 1 last year and we are finally watching season 5 currently. This show is an excellent show, I recommend it to everyone! The twists in the plot are crazy, things you would never imagine. Soon we will be done with season 5 and we will be counting the days down until season 6 starts!!!

Where has the summer gone?

I can't believe it is already fair weekend! Where has the summer gone? I started to think about what we have done this summer and I couldn't think of much. Until I went and checked out my camera!! I guess we have been busy.

First, Cory had to go do his final testing to be a certified scuba diver!! I tried scuba diving in the pool and it was awful. Cory said, "You looked as happy as a cat would be with a wetsuit on thrown to the bottom of the pool". Needless to say, I thought it was a miserable experience.

Next, I went camping with my mom and dad one weekend. I have always hated camping but I needed to get of the house and do something so I opted to go with them to Jackson Hole. I actually had a really good time and it was so beautiful there!!! Check out Penny riding the four-wheeler, that is what she lives for!!!

Of course, every night we take Kramer for a bike ride in the desert. Lately it has been so hot we don't get to go far because he is such a fur ball and overheats. Lately, he has been on the hunt for gophers...check out his face and how dirty it is from digging...

And in my spare time I have been torturing Kramer (not literally) but I for some reason find it so funny to dress him up. He seems to tolerate it, which amazes Cory.

Mamma Mia!!!

Mamma Mia here I go again...my my how can I resist you!

When we were in NYC we went to the broadway show Mamma Mia~We both actually liked it and so we are going to go check out the movie this weekend. I hope it is as fun and cute as the broadway show. I am sure it will be good, I am very excited to check it out!

Twilight Saga

Ok, if anyone has spare time to read a few books you have to read the Twilight Saga~
These books are so good! They are a great love/suspense story!! I have read the first two books in the four book series in one week, I know I am pathetic....LOL!
