Home Again

Well Cory and I are back from Virginia and we had a marvelous time (thank you Leo and Jolene)!!! To start off telling you about our trip I have to start with our hosts who took very good care of us! From the beginning they had every comfort of home at our disposal at Remo's Bed and Breakfast (Remo is their dog) :)

We had the opportunity to do many things while there plus some serious relaxing!! One day Jolene and I went to the spa while the men went to some military museum or something, haha.

Next, we went to Busch Gardens where I managed to finally get on a rollercoaster after a few drinks ofcourse. :) Anyone who knows me knows I am scared to death of rollercoasters but it turns out they aren't so bad :( We also had the opportunity to go to the beach and the coolest thing ever happened there, dolphins were swimming on the beach!!! Now that is a place to live when you can see things like that!!!

Go Patriots!

I have never been a huge football fan but in my house it is always on during the season so I figured I should get a team to cheer for. So last year I found my team, thanks to Tom Brady :) Once I seen him (hehe) I knew my team....haha.

Naturally, I had to pick a different team then Cory because what fun is that to cheer for the same team :) His team is the Broncos ;(

I guess Kramer is a Bronco's fan too because he has a Broncos dog bowl, leash and collar!!!

And for the game days Cory got me a Patriots jersey which of course I got in pink :)

Yeah for grass!!!

The other day Cory noticed our neighbor Frankie putting in sod all by himself so he went over there and helped him. Well Frankie had some grass left and offered to give it to us and help lay it, so now we have a yard!! I am so excited!!! I have been wanting grass/gravel/anything other then dirt for the past 2 years. With the rain and the snow Kramer would bring in dirt anytime there was moisture and make our house a mess. Well problem is now solved cuz we hardly have any dirt in our yard now :) Kramer was very anxious to be my little grass model for a pic for the blog :) He he.

Thank you so much Frankie and Denise!!!

Changes...

Lately Cory and I have both been experiencing some stress about changes with work decisions that we are not sure how to make. Sometimes making the actual decision about the change is the hardest thing then dealing with the actual change itself. Hopefully, things work out in both of our favors in the end.

ACCEPT CHANGE WITH A SMILE

Sooner or later a crisis will enter your life, and how you meet it determines your future happiness and success. Since the beginning of time, everyone has been called upon to meet such a crisis. A closer look will show you that most "crisis situations"are opportunities to either advance or stay where you are. Indeed, most changes in your life will take place out of either 'inspiration' or 'desperation.' Whatever comes your way, give it meaning and transform it into something of value. Your personal growth is the process of responding positively to change. A precious stone cannot be polished without friction, nor humanity perfected without trials.
